Guest-paid bar
Reserve your date for £150, then let your guests buy their own drinks by card or cash. Guest-paid private bars have an agreed minimum bar spend, normally from £1,000 depending on guest numbers, timings and location.

Reserve your date for £150 and set a drinks tab for your guests. When the agreed amount has been used, the bar simply moves across to guest-paid service; the same minimum bar-spend principle applies.

A few practical answers before you enquire — enough to make things clear without turning the page into a terms-and-conditions document.
How does horsebox bar hire work?
For most private bookings, £150 reserves your date. Guest-paid bars then have an agreed minimum bar spend, normally from £1,000. If the bar reaches the minimum, there is nothing further to pay against that minimum.
Can you provide all our wedding wine as well?
Yes. Arrival drinks, table wine and toast fizz can all be supplied separately. Wedding breakfast and table wine is supplied by Wriggly Tin Wine at our normal retail prices. It does not count towards the minimum bar spend, which applies to drinks sold through the horsebox bar.
Can we choose particular cocktails or drinks?
Absolutely. We can build the drinks list around your event, subject to practical service and supply considerations.
Do you help with licensing?
Where a Temporary Event Notice or other permission is required, we can explain what is needed and agree responsibility with you before the event.
How far do you travel?
We are based near Grantham and cover Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. Longer-distance events can be discussed individually.
