How does horsebox bar hire work?
For most private bookings, a £150 date reservation fee secures the horsebox. Guest-paid bars then have an agreed minimum bar spend, normally from £1,000, depending on guest numbers, service hours and location.
Do guests pay for their own drinks?
They can. We can arrange a guest-paid bar, a hosted tab, an open bar or a combination.
Can you provide all our wedding drinks?
Yes. Arrival drinks, table wine, toast fizz and the evening bar can be planned together. Table wine is supplied separately by Wriggly Tin Wine at normal retail prices and does not count towards the bar minimum.
What access does the horsebox need?
The site must be suitable for towing, positioning and safe service. We will confirm dimensions, ground conditions and setup access before the booking is finalised.
What about licensing?
We establish what permissions are required and agree responsibility for any Temporary Event Notice or venue licensing arrangements before the event.
How far do you travel?
We are based near Grantham and primarily cover Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. Events farther away can be considered individually.
