A calmer way to organise the drinks
Your wedding doesn’t begin when the evening bar opens.
There are drinks when people arrive, wine with the meal, something for the toast and perhaps cocktails between the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.
Because Wriggly Tin is a wine business as well as an event bar, we can help you plan all of it. You can hand us the complete drinks side of the wedding, or simply ask us to provide the horsebox bar.

Wedding wine
Wine is where Wriggly Tin started.
Tell us what you are eating, what you enjoy drinking and roughly what you would like to spend. We can recommend wines that people will genuinely enjoy.
Wedding breakfast and table wine is supplied by Wriggly Tin Wine at our normal retail prices. It is quoted separately and does not count towards the minimum bar spend, which applies to drinks sold through the horsebox bar.

Practical questions
Before you book.
We will confirm access, licensing and service details for your venue before finalising the booking.
Can the horsebox come to a marquee or private field?
Yes, provided there is suitable vehicle access and a safe, level outdoor position. It can often sit immediately alongside a marquee opening.
Can our guests pay for their own drinks?
Yes. Guest-paid bars, hosted tabs and mixed arrangements are all available.
What if guests do not reach the minimum spend?
If the agreed minimum is £1,000 and bar sales finish at £900, the £100 shortfall is payable by the booking customer. If sales exceed the minimum, there is nothing further to pay towards it.
Does table wine count towards the minimum?
No. Table wine and pre-ordered wedding drinks are supplied separately by Wriggly Tin Wine at normal retail prices. The minimum applies to drinks sold through the horsebox bar.
Can we have cocktails?
Yes. We normally recommend a short, well-chosen cocktail list so guests get good drinks quickly rather than creating unnecessary queues.
